How to keep motivated in times of stress

It’s very easy to fall into old habits during this time and saying you’ll start on Monday!

A few things I do to keep myself grounded is:
▫️Drinking water before your first meal of the day
▫️Making your bed!! It helps
▫️Not checking your phone until at least 30 minutes after You wake up
▫️Planning your day prior such as a 30 minute mat class
▫️Having a ruff idea of what your meals look like for the day
▫️Ensuring the space around you is clean therefore your mind tends to be more clear
*These small things definitely add up and lead to productivity where you might find some motivation to go for a walk or follow a homework during this stressful time🤍
